I was quite surprised that Netcat (nc) wasn’t found on vROPs when I wanted to troubleshoot some syslog issues. Luckily Netcat can be installed quite easy, just hit   tdnf install netcat   I think Netcat should be default on any Linux box… even if you rename them to vSomething…
